Refund policy

Returns
You can return or exchange any unused or unopened product within 30 days of receipt or prior to December 25 (whichever comes first) for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and email us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received, inspected your return, and refunded your order. We will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs. Refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times from payment providers.
